Adults deserve to play outside, too!
This 3-hour workshop focuses on connecting with nature and your inner child through play, exploration, imagination, and curiosity. Tune in to both your inner and outer environments, and walk away with a deeper connection to yourself and to the Earth.
And this month’s playdate includes a special springtime activity… an egg hunt, just like the one we did as kids! (if you’ve never done one, let this be your first)!
We will engage in:
A guided walk through the woods
Outdoor games
A springtime egg hunt
Field guide study / I.D. work
Nature crafts
Mindfulness exercises
The workshop will take place at Millstone Hill Conservation Area in Essex, MA.
Trail is approximately 2 miles.
Easy/moderate trail (rocky, mostly even terrain; one 200 ft gradual incline and decline).
Cost to attend is $30.00.
Venmo preferred or cash accepted. At this time there is not an online booking option (as I figure out a way to not have you get charged a booking fee!)

Registration is not complete without payment.
Workshop will take place rain or shine— if it’s particularly rough weather, attendees will be refunded.
Upon complete registration, attendees will receive an email with address, directions, and what to bring/wear.
Other than clothing and optional personal gear, all other materials will be provided.
