■ Spring–Fall | ■ 3.5–4 hrs | ■ Corporate teams (8–30 people)
Phones away. Boots on. This is the nature retreat for teams who didn't know they needed one. A structured half-day program (3–4 hours) that takes a team into the woods for a sequence of guided activities: an opening grounding walk, a team nature-craft challenge (ex: build the best shelter), a guided sit-spot practice, and a closing reflection circle. No phones policy is part of the experience. Teams have reported it as the most memorable 'off-site' they've ever had.

■ Spring-Fall | ■ 2.5–3 hrs | ■ Corporate teams, organizations, friend groups
A gamified group foraging experience — part education, part friendly competition. Teams are given field guides and a challenge list of safe, identifiable wild plants and natural objects to locate within a set area. Points are awarded for correct identification, responsible harvesting, and creative use of finds. The day ends with a shared tasting of foraged ingredients. Designed to build communication, collaboration, and observation skills — and to be genuinely, laugh-out-loud fun.

■ Spring–Fall | ■ 3 hrs | ■ Creative teams, marketing/comms groups, all-staff days, friend groups
A creative team workshop that uses nature as both setting and subject. Teams work in small groups to develop and share a short story, myth, or legend inspired by a natural object, creature, or place they discover on a guided walk. Drawing on Mikayla's theatre background, this program includes warm-up exercises, structured observation time, collaborative storytelling, and a closing performance circle. Develops creativity, communication, deep listening, and lateral thinking — all while making people laugh, gasp, and feel surprisingly moved.

■ Year-round | ■ 90 mins per session | ■ All employees; any company size
A recurring, bookable series of 90-minute lunchtime or after-work nature walks for employees — offered on a monthly or seasonal basis. Each walk has a gentle theme (one month: 'what is resting?'; the next: 'what is thriving?') and includes guided observation, optional journaling, and a brief shared reflection. Low-key, accessible, and powerful in its simplicity. Ideal for companies wanting to invest in well-being without a big production. Can be contracted as a quarterly or annual wellness package.
